As the new semester begins, please make sure that you have the following important dates on your calendar for all Wind Ensemble and Symphonic Band students.
Beginning on Wednesday, January 4, students will begin working diligently to prepare the music for the UIL Concert & Sightreading Evaluation happening on March 7 or 8. All of these activities are mandatory for Wind Ensemble and Symphonic Band students. Any potential conflicts should be communicated to the band director BEFORE the event and a resolution needs to be made to ensure 100% attendance. The success of these ensembles is dependent upon ALL students practicing and participating.
Specific details for each event will be sent out in advance of the event.
