Null Band “30 Minute Fundraiser”
“Mrs. Fields Cookie Dough”
The past few years we decided to try a NEW fundraiser for our band and it was a HUGE success!! We will be working with Hampton Fundraising this year to bring you our Cookie Dough Fundraiser!
We will be holding a “30 Minute Fundraiser” in class on Tuesday, October 1st. Students will use a script to CALL family and friends on their CELL PHONES and get pledges to order tubs of Mrs. Fields Cookie Dough in the following flavors:
- Milk Chocolate Chip
- Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chip
- Walnut Choc Chip
- Snickerdoodle
- Rainbow
- Oatmeal Raisin
- Choc. Chip Peanut Butter Cup
- Caramel Apple Crunch
- Soo Berry (blue/cranberry & white choc)
- White Choc Mac Nut
ALL money raised benefits ALL students in the program. Money earned from fundraisers helps to offset some of the costs and fees associated with the band program. We also use some of the fundraiser money to help pay for a portion of the spring trip at the end of the year. Selling this Cookie Dough is easy, FUN – and the cookies are VERY GOOD!
Again, we are using our cell phones to contact ONLY people we already know. There is NO door to door selling! If a student does not have a cell phone, we have an office phone available, or the student can sell during the two weeks of a collection like a traditional fundraiser. Previous programs have raised over $5000 for their band – IN ONE DAY!!!!
After the orders are pledged on Tuesday, Oct. 1st, the students will need to COLLECT the money from their customers and return the cash/order forms by Tuesday, October 15th so we can place the order by the end of the week. Students may also use that time to try and sell more cookie dough. The cookie dough will be delivered in the middle of November before the Thanksgiving Break.
We are asking ALL of our students to complete the “Supporters List” sent home with your student. This will help our students with a contact list of people who can help! Please return it AS SOON AS POSSIBLE so we can have it ready for Fundraiser Day on October 1, 2019!

¡Los últimos años decidimos probar un NUEVO recaudador de fondos para nuestra banda y fue un GRAN éxito! ¡Estaremos trabajando con Hampton Fundraising este año para traerte nuestro Cookie Dough Fundraiser!
Realizaremos una “Recaudación de fondos de 30 minutos” en clase el martes 1 de octubre. Los estudiantes usarán un guión para LLAMAR a familiares y amigos en sus TELÉFONOS CELULARES y se comprometerán a pedir cajas de masa de galletas Mrs. Fields en los siguientes sabores:

TODO el dinero recaudado beneficia a TODOS los estudiantes en el programa. El dinero ganado de las recaudaciones de fondos ayuda a compensar algunos de los costos y tarifas asociados con el programa de la banda. También usamos parte del dinero para recaudar fondos para ayudar a pagar una parte del viaje de primavera al final del año. Vender esta masa para galletas es fácil, DIVERTIDO, ¡y las galletas son MUY BUENAS!
Una vez más, estamos utilizando nuestros teléfonos celulares para contactar SOLAMENTE a personas que ya conocemos. ¡NO hay venta puerta a puerta! Si un estudiante no tiene un teléfono celular, tenemos un teléfono de oficina disponible, o el estudiante puede vender durante las dos semanas de una recolección como un recaudador de fondos tradicional. Los programas anteriores han recaudado más de $ 5000 para su banda: ¡EN UN DÍA!
Después de que los pedidos se hayan prometido el martes 1 de octubre, los estudiantes deberán RECOGER el dinero de sus clientes y devolver los formularios de efectivo / pedido antes del martes 15 de octubre para que podamos realizar el pedido al final de la semana. Los estudiantes también pueden usar ese tiempo para tratar de vender más masa para galletas. La masa para galletas se entregará a mediados de noviembre antes del descanso de Acción de Gracias.
Estamos pidiendo a TODOS nuestros estudiantes que completen la “Lista de Partidarios” enviada a casa con su estudiante. ¡Esto ayudará a nuestros estudiantes con una lista de contactos de personas que pueden ayudar! ¡Devuélvalo LO ANTES POSIBLE para que podamos tenerlo listo para el Día de Recaudación de Fondos el 1 de octubre de 2019!
